I knew Property Management wasn't going to be a career, but the experience was invaluable. I still rely on Bruce Ward for rental information, send my clients that need Property Management help his way. Bruce is a still a friend and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to rent their place out furnished or unfurnished. 1998-2008 Rennie Marketing Systems and Rennie and Associates Realty. February 1998. I started working part time (weekends) for Rennie Marketing Systems Project Hosting and Sales. My first day was at the grand opening of the Residences on Georgia (1200 West Georgia and 1288 W Georgia) There were people lined up down the block, Bute street was shut down, there were street performers, Dale Chihuly was there to celebrate his $500,000 public art piece. Needless to say, I think had more exposure to Real Estate sales that day than most rookies do in their first two years.
